Refund Policy

Creating your biodata and using the live preview is free. You only pay when you choose to download a PDF.

All payments are final

Once a payment is completed, it is final and non-refundable. Your PDF is generated and made available for download immediately after payment, so there is no refund for a completed, delivered download — including if you change your mind, entered details incorrectly, or picked the wrong download tier (with watermark vs. without).

Please review your biodata carefully in the live preview before paying.

If something goes wrong on our end

If a genuine technical error on our side prevents your PDF from being generated after a successful payment, email us and we'll help — typically by regenerating your PDF at no extra cost. This isn't a refund guarantee; it's us making sure you actually get what you paid for.
